Glass in the Garden
This exhibit was in St. Louis at Missouri Botanical Garden formerly known as Shaw's Garden. One of my sons and I went into to see it. The artist is Dale Chilhuly. Glass in the garden was inspired by his mother's love of plants. Glass in the Garden took advantage of the unique vistas and vegetation of the Missouri Botanical Garden.
I took so many pictures that day. It was totally awesome. He permits and encourages photography of the artwork in the exhibition for education and non-commerical use only.

This is so interesting and beautiful! What an amazing experience -- but, also, what an awesome photo!
I can't believe Liz beat me to your post! Ha ha! What a lovely scrap page those photos will make!
Heh,heh,heh...
I saw that page you ref. me to in Scrapbook Etc. What a cool page (and concept)! I really, REALLY, love your photos of the garden and the concept of the garden, too -- Cool!
Chihuly is from the Pacific NW and was formative in getting the Museum of Glass in place(it's in tacoma). The image reminds me of an installation he has down there..cool shot!
